Kelly Osbourne's dress – love it or loathe it?

Thanks in part to Lady GaGa and her soon-to-be legendary wardrobe, frocks with MASSIVE shoulders are everywhere at the moment. We can't make up our minds whether we like the idea of our top half being the same width as a double-decker bus or not, but we do know we wouldn't be brave enough to go out wearing this dress. Kelly looks happy with all the extra arm-material, and it certainly makes her waist and hips look very small in comparison, but there's just something we don't like about it. Time for a vote? We think so! Oh, and we're just not even going to comment on what mum Sharon's wearing, but we'd imagine those glasses came from Ozzy's side of the closet...
