Jude Law has been told that he won't face charges over the alleged assault of a photographer in July this year. Harsha Gopal claimed that Jude elbowed her in the face as he left a party in London – the incident was even caught on camera – but prosecutors have said today that his behaviour was "reasonable". An official source said afterwards, "It is highly likely that a court would decide his actions were reasonable given that his path was deliberately impeded by a crowd of photographers." Jude's lawyer had always claimed the whole story was "nonsense", but that hasn't stopped the snapper in question being thoroughly cheesed off with today's verdict. "The ruling is disappointing to say the least," she said today. "Court proceedings would have set the record straight. I was struck in the face while doing my job and I have not received any form of apology." Lesson here people: do NOT get in the way of Jude Law.

He didn't deserve to face charges. It was hardly an elbow in the face was it? I would get annoyed with the photographers in my face all the time, but I don't think papparazzi are scum, like some ppl do
