New details about Alexandra Burke's exciting new album

The new series of The X Factor is well and truly underway, but that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about last year’s winner Alexandra Burke. Details about her upcoming debut album have emerged – and we can now reveal that it’s going to be called Overcome, and it’s got a release date of 19 October. Rumours had been circulating that Alexandra would be releasing her album a week later, which is the same day former mentor Cheryl Cole is slated to release her debut solo album, so we’re very pleased we don’t have to decide between these two lovely ladies.
