Proof that Rhys Ifans' head is full of soil?

Every time we watch Notting Hill, we totally fall in love with Rhys "the ladies love grey" Ifans all over again, but then he goes and ruins it by doing something utterly ridiculous like this. Either Rhys' head is, in fact, full of soil and those flowers are sprouting out from actual roots, or – in the much more likely scenario – he has actually chosen to leave a restaurant with half their table decorations stuck in his ear-holes. Why? You're not a Flower Fairy, or a small child with a penchant for poking things into their ears, are you Rhys? Maybe he just likes a nice-smelling bloom dangling near his nose at all times, or maybe he's just a great big plank. You decide.
