Alesha claims Arlene’s sacking was a shock

Alesha Dixon has claimed she had no idea that Arlene would be sacked to make way for her on Strictly Come Dancing. The singer says she thought that both of them would be sitting on the judging panel, and didn’t realise that she would be replacing the former dancer on the show. She tells Jonathan Ross in tonight’s show: “I knew nothing, I found out when everyone else did. I was as surprised as everyone else but I took all the flak for it.”

Lindsay - Perhaps we should storm Heat Towers and demand a job swap. I'm sure their passion would soon return when faced with mundane spreadsheets that don't feature picture of drunk celebs. (also they'd be fired for their many typing mistakes)
