John & Edward get their own private jet...sort of

We’re starting to like The X Factor’s terrible twins John & Edward more and more every day, but it would seem not everyone is warming to their “unique” appeal. Lastminute.com is offering free one-way tickets to Ireland for any twins named John and Edward, and have even set up a special hotline in the hopes that Jedward get in touch, “The twins are certainly good fun,” says lastminute.com’s Head of Travel, Andy Washington, “But perhaps it’s time for X Factor to go back to being more about the talent. I’m sure there are a lot of X Factor fans who will have their fingers crossed that they get in touch with us.” We must admit that this little gimmick made us chuckle a lot, but we can’t imagine John & Edward – or their many fans – giving up quite so easily.
