Rachel Adedeji gets axed from The X Factor

Dannii let's rip after Rachel gets the boot from X Factor
Rachel Adedeji left The X Factor in tears last night after losing out in the public vote to fellow contestant Lloyd Daniels. Despite Lloyd having such a sore throat he could barely perform in the sing-off, Simon Cowell deciding to "let the public decide" who should stay, and Rachel had the fewest votes. A clearly cheesed-off Dannii Minogue said afterwards on The X Factor that she believed the show was no longer about finding a good singer, and that viewers are voting for the personality they like the best. Last night was Rachel's third time in the bottom two, and she'd sadly failed to connect with the people watching at home. Over on Strictly Come Dancing, Zoe Lucker ended up dancing for her final time, despite mostly good comments from the judging panel. Do you think Rachel and Zoe were the right ladies to go?

Katie Price wants her fans to attack her!

Katie Price urged her fans to "attack" her last night, after a martial-arts website received a threat towards her boyfriend Alex Reid and her horses. The post, which police are now investigating, threatened to "kill" Alex Reid along with the reality star's seven horses – and it's understandably left Katie feeling very upset. Taking to her official Twitter page, she wrote, "Please leave my horses alone, like my children, they are my life. Don't attack my kids, family, friends, horses or Pete. You can attack me, it's fine, go ahead, but don't attack them." Nice that she included Peter Andre, isn't it? Perhaps her obvious feelings of resentment are fading. Katie and Alex attended a big Halloween Ball in London on Saturday night, but onlookers said the pair looked strained.

Cheryl Cole is the Number One lady

Cheryl Cole may have had one of her X Factor acts in the bottom two again this week, but we bet even that didn't dampen her high spirits. The Girls Aloud singer discovered last night that she's achieved what only 11 other female acts have ever achieved in this country – her singler and her album are both sitting at Number One. Cheryl's single Fight For This Love and her debut solo album 3 Words stormed ahead of all the competition, and Alexandra Burke's album has now been pushed right back to Number Five. Massive congratulations, Chezza!

Blimey! Now Russell Brand wants Katy Perry's babies

Russell Brand has hinted for the first time ever that he may finally be ready to settle down – and Katy Perry is the lady who's managed to tame him. The couple have been spending every second of their spare time together for weeks now, and the notoriously easily bored comedian is showing no signs of walking away. "I am feeling broody," Russell admitted. "I've grown weary of the carousel." However, he refused to confirm that it was Katy he wants to have babies with, saying instead, "Regardless of what happens in my current situation, I am unlikely to be satisfied with the calamitous promiscuity of the preceding five or six years." Wow. Is Russ really a changed man? Only time will tell...
