Rachel Adedeji, "I don't really care what the public think"

She was clearly gutted to get the boot from The X Factor last night, but today Rachel Adedeji has vowed to keep on singing. Talking to Holly and Phillip on This Morning earlier today, Rachel explained, "I was born to sing, so any opportunity that comes my way I'm just going to take it." Asked if she was angry to lose the public vote to Lloyd Daniels, Rachel said she wasn't, adding, "We all know that Lloyd has so many fans out there. He can sing well, is beautiful... There's so many people out there that just love Lloyd, so I thought I've been here twice and this could be it." Rachel says she takes strength from the kind words Whitney Houston had for her, telling Pip, "Whenever I think about Whitney's kind words about me it just makes me smile. Seriously, I don't really care what the public think – Whitney knows, man! I want to be as big as Whitney, so to hear Whitney say things like that is amazing." She certainly has the voice, but can Rachel really be as big as Whitney Houston. That all depends on the public, doesn't it?
