Nearly a year ago, Lily Allen tossed aside her scuffed sneakers, prom dresses and scraggy hair and unveiled a fahbulously lustrous new look. And what was at the forefront of this reinvention? An aquamarine Alberta Ferretti that kind of looks like it got caught in a shredder somewhere along the production line. Luckily for Lily and Eva Mendes, "Fringing" (shredder chic's formal title) is still huge news in fashion circles. While Lily added a pricey YSL tote and even pricier YSL heels to hers, Eva added cream peep-toe heels and a clutch when she wore it back in September – but who looks best, please?
