We can't believe that Red Bull Rivals is coming to an end already. Watching Matt Littler and Darren Jeffries take each other on in scary and sometimes downright bizarre challenges has fast become our favourite Saturday-afternoon activity. Still, there's still one final challenge to go, and we think they've saved the scariest until last. Downhill Mountain-Biking might not sound that frightening on paper, but when you watch the clips of them careering over rocks and through trees at speeds of up to 38mph, it hits you that, actually, this is bloody mental. Matt and Daz travelled to Cape Town to take part in this latest challenge – a place they describe as "beautiful" – and both lads say this is the one sport they're going to continue doing in their spare time. If you haven't been watching their progress over the past four weeks, then you have been M.I.S.S.I.N.G out, people. But fear not, you can catch up online at 4OD, or tune in for the special highlights show in a few weeks time.
