Hurrah! Ryan Phillippe is now officially single!

Don’t get us wrong, we were very, very sad when Ryan Phillippe and Reese Witherspoon announced they’d split. They were one of the hottest couples in  Hollywood – and they’d seemed like one of the happiest, too. But now, we’ve kind of come round to the idea. In recent months, Reese has been linked to a succession of hotties (and James Blunt. But we won’t dwell on that) so now we think it’s time to move on and celebrate the fact that, as of today, RYAN PHILLIPPE IS OFFICIALLY SINGLE!

The former couple’s divorce was finalised just hours ago, nearly a year after Reese initially filed the papers, citing “irreconcilable differences” after seven years together. It looks like Reese and Ryan will have joint custody of their two children, Ava and Deacon, and, as they had no pre-nuptial agreement, will divide their fortune equally (which is good news for Ryan – Reese earns way more than him). We don’t know about you, but we’re jumping on the first plane to Hollywood and sniffing out Ryan. We’re sure Gethin Jones will understand, just this once.
