OMG. Just when heatworld thought Britney’s deranged number one fan had gone away for good, he’s back – and this time he means business. Downstairs business. Turning up to an event at nightclub Hyde in West Hollywood, the nutty fan paid tribute to his idol by stepping out of his car, well, knickerless. We have spared you the trauma of showing you the "legs open" shot, but suffice to say his gender reassignment surgery hasn’t started quite yet. As if Britney hasn’t got enough to worry about...
