Marc and Cerys have their first row ALREADY:
It would appear that spending every waking second together has already taken its toll on jungle lovebirds Marc Bannerman and Cerys Matthews – the pair had their first major tiff ALREADY! The couple attended a party at Soho’s Revue Bar and were seen arguing by onlookers. In an attempt to win back Cerys' affections Marc threw a chip at her. That's right, a chip. “She blanked him,” said a witness. Hmmm, yeah, because having a chip thrown at us would have us doing sommersaults. Despite the row, though, romance still seems to be blossoming for the pair with Marc even learning to speak Welsh. “Her mum only speaks Welsh, so I need to learn it fast otherwise I might as well be talking to the wall,” he admitted. Quick Cerys, GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!

Spice Girls pull out of show
The Spice Girls have cancelled their singing slot on this Saturday’s Strictly Come Dancing following Emma Bunton’s nasty ankle injury. Baby Spice has been left wearing a cast and walking with crutches after she took a tumble onstage in Vegas this week. We thought she would be a master of keeping her balance after all those years in giant Buffalo trainers! The injury comes at a terrible time for the girl group, as the UK leg of their reunion tour is due to start tomorrow, but Emma has assured fans that she will be there performing. BBC bosses have managed to line-up James Blunt to appear on the dance show in their place, while the girls will hopefully sing at the final.

Amy plans New Year rehab
It's the news we've been all been waiting to hear – yes, Amy Winehouse is finally off to rehab. Amy plans to get her life together in time for the Grammys in Febuary by heading off to a one-week rehab and detox treatment course in Israel – but, er, not before she's had a massive Christmas blowout first. "She wants to give the performance of her life in LA," says a friend. "But she's going to throw a party over Christmas – which will be probably be a messy affair." Now heatworld loves a party as much as the next person, but really, Amy, is this a good idea?
 
Hugh fondles in public
We love a bit of Hugh Grant in all his posh-floppy-haired-ness. But this embarrassing-single-dad-at-a-Christmas-party behaviour has really got to stop. Hugh was spotted out last week in London restaurant Roka snogging the face off a mystery brunette, while his male friend stroked and groped her thigh at the same time. In the middle of the restaurant!! Where people are eating! Food! "It wasn't normal," says an onlooker. Ha ha ha – we love that comment – it's so Daily Mail! Oh, for the days of Liz and Hugh...
