Ouch! Here’s the reason Emma Bunton jetted into London on crutches yesterday. About 2:40 into footage of their Spice Up Your Life performance in Las Vegas, Baby Spice took a very nasty tumble up the stairs. But who could blame her, amidst that ridiculous blizzard of ticker tape? heatworld loves how the girls and dancers surround her until she gathers her strength to continue with the rest of the performance. Although she must have been in incredible pain, apart from a slight limp you wouldn’t know anything was wrong. What a trooper!  Luckily for Emma it was the last song of the evening, and the last show in the States – allowing her time to rest up before the debut UK performance in London tomorrow night. Despite cancelling their Strictly Come Dancing appearance due to her injury, Emma has vowed to make it to the Spice Girls show at the 02 Centre – even if she has to perform on crutches.
