Aren't January diets the pits! I'm five days into my seven-day detox and I'm crawling up the walls. Yesterday it took me two hours to get through a truly disgusting lunch of cold cauliflower, asparagus and spinach – I mean there is only so much cold veg you can eat, isn't there? Today it's not one but two hard- boiled eggs – which I've been banned from eating in the studio!
On today's show it’s another of our picks for the top in 2008 – singer Jamie Scott. He’s in to tell us about his new album and supporting Take That on tour – I wonder if he got to touch them! Note to self: remember to ask him about his own music too.
