So another Monday bites the dust – yes! Good to hear that I'm not the only one who binned my detox regime this weekend – thanks for all your e-mails and calls in our Monday Confessional. By the way, if you are still going for the burn Natalie Cassidy (the artist formally known as Sonia from EastEnders) is in later this week to motivate you further! Personally, I'll be quite happy if I never see a stick of celery or the inside of a gym again, but that's cos I'm a lazy c**!

Also this afternoon it was nice to meet Corrie's newest star Michelle Keegan – she plays Tina, the little minx who's captured the heart of evil David Platt. Michelle hinted at some juicy storylines ahead, so watch this space.

Right, producer Laura and I are off to the Brit Awards Nominations party in North London now – we’ll give you all the goss and some of the stars on tomorrow's show! So it's time to trowel on the eyeliner and get into our rock chick threads!
