Natalie Cassidy looks AMAZING!

Mad show today – Jenni Falconer from GMTV just happened to pop by so we asked her all about her Entertainment Today colleague Michael Underwood's preparations for Dancing On Ice this weekend. She reckons he's much better than he says he is – we're definitely backing him to win now!

The lovely Natalie Cassidy was also in to tell all about her Then & Now fitness DVD. Don't believe any of the unkind stories you might have read about her not looking quite as good in real life as she does on her DVD cover – she looks amazing as you can see in our pic. By the way, we're "boxercising" in the picture, not trying to knock each other out! And congrats to Leigh, Delroy and Julie, who won signed copies of Nat's DVD.

Very excited about tomorrow's show when (technology permitting) we should be joined by Office star Martin Freeman – he's telling all about his new movie The Good Night. He's starring with Gwyneth Paltrow in the film – wonder if he knows anything about her recent hospital dash? And you can have your say in our Heated Debate.
