Jo O'Meara is pregnant!

We think it’s fair to say that 2007 wasn’t the best of years for ex-S Club 7 star Jo O'Meara (anyone remember the circling helicopters, blue towelling dressing gown and endless rocking backwards and forwards?) – but that’s all set to change. The 28-year-old Essex girl is expecting a baby with her long-term boyfriend. Jo, who was accused of racist bullying after appearing in last year's Celebrity Big Brother, says: "It wasn't planned, but it's a very nice surprise. I'm nervous at the thought of a little person calling me Mum, but it's a very happy way to begin 2008. This feels like a fresh start to me – new year, new baby, new purpose. I'm grateful for that."

I find it hilarious why people who say they dislike Jo, have the sudden urge to view a page on Jo and then bother to post a comment on her. Thats like someone who hates fruit walking into a fruit store! Congrats Jo - she'll b a great mum. Legend!!

I will always adore Jo O'Meara and congratulations to her, she has more talent than Jade Goody, Danielle Llyod and that rancid Slippa Shetty put together.

I would be happier for her if she actually had the humility to say sorry for her behaviour.... but as far as I know, she never has? At least Jade and Danielle held their hands up. Hope she keeps out of the limelight with the baby.
