Ooh! Rhydian’s got a girlfriend!

We revealed a few weeks ago that Rhydian had his beady eye on an X Factor make-up artist, but we weren’t convinced that his pulling powers would be up to it. However, we’re now going to have to eat our words, because he’s only gone and done it! The white-haired wonder is now in a proper relationship with Julia Carta, who earns her living by painting Simon Cowell’s face on. “I fancied her when we were making the show,” he says. “She's half-Spanish and very beautiful, with dark hair and olive skin. I was also attracted to her because of her lovely personality. She was very supportive and gave me little tips and words of encouragement. We're gradually getting to know one another properly and I'm very happy. She's 12 years older than me, but that's fine with us both.” We wonder if he lets her put lipstick on him when nobody’s looking…
