What a Monday!

Danielle was in to tell all about her exercise DVD – apparently her ex-boyfriend (or are they back on now, I'm lost) Jermaine Defoe does it regularly in his home gym! I particularly liked the “woo-woo” bit where she "raises the roof" – that's an exercise you know – see us woo-wooing in the picture.

The A-Team was a bit random – we found the theme to the TV series in our studio at heat Towers – who's been mucking around with that I wonder? Then producer Laura stumbled across some info about a new A-Team film being made starring Woody Harrelson and Ice-T! Apparently it's due for release in 2010. Can't wait for that!

And happy birthday to Adela, our newsreader, who's 21 again today! And thanks to Mika – yes, we have our own Mika here at heat Radio - for getting her a lovely sugary cake. Naturally we all got a piece.

AND – congratulations again to Angelina Allen and Sean Molland who won our tickets to see The Plain White Ts this week!
