We know celebs get freebies left right and centre, but now it looks like Chantelle Houghton might not have been paying for her, er, body parts. Media industry mag PR Week has uncovered the fact that Neon Management's clients, which includes newly-enlarged-in-the-boob-area Chantelle, Chanelle Hayes, Nikki Sanderson and, er, Calum Best, are being offered reduced-price plastic surgery, in return for a mention of the plastic surgery clinic when the stars give interviews. "By teaming up with Neon, we can get the recognition we deserve," said Transform PR manager Shami Choudhry. Blimey – it's a murky old world, isn't it? We wonder if Calum has requested a penis enlargement?
