How good does Nicky Hambleton-Jones look?

Nicky (from Channel 4's 10 Years Younger) has got a new book out called Top To Toe – The Ultimate Guide To Become Who You Want To Be.

You might notice that I'm not wearing my usual jeans and black top combo in this pic – I thought I'd better make an effort – you don't want to show yourself up, do you! I wonder if people automatically reach for the lippy when they see Nicky? She said that most people rush over and ask, "How old do I look?” She says she has to be very diplomatic in her answers!

There's a new series of 10YY due in May and Nicky's tip if you buy just one item for Spring/Summer is to go for something in patent – maybe a belt or bag. Apparently anything in patent with stripes would be a good buy.

On tomorrow's show Andy Scott-Lee's in to talk about his new single "Unforgettable" and hopefully why his missus  Michelle Scott-Lee was bawling her eyes out after his single launch party in London on Tuesday.
