Amy’s parents step up ANTI-Blake campaign

Amy Winehouse’s parents have never seemed overly enamoured with their son-in-law Blake Fielder-Civil, but now they really mean business. “In an ideal world, I'd have loved Amy to marry a doctor or a lawyer or something like that, but I don't think that would happen with Amy,” says dad Mitch. “It would be foolish for me to say he's the ideal son-in-law. Blake's got the chance now to prove how much he really loves Amy by staying drug-free. Their marriage can't survive if they're together. “One or both will die, that's all there is to it.” Mum Janis has also spoken out about Amy’s marriage, saying “She won’t be with Blake for ever. Before he got incarcerated they were beginning to have rows.” Janis also says she’s never even met Blake’s family. “That surprises people, but if I was meant to, I would have by now,” she says. "It's of no consequence, as all they seem to do is point the finger at Amy.”
