Fresh fears for Amy;
Worried friends of Amy Winehouse are begging her to return to rehab – fearing her life is spiralling out of control again. The singer’s close pals have watched her slip back to her old ways since she left a clinic earlier this month. “Amy’s in an awful state again – she’s clearly on drugs,” said a friend. Many of us think full-time residential rehab is the only option but she won’t go back.” These new fears come after Amy was spotted yesterday with nasty cuts up her arm, sparking concern that she is self-harming again too. “Everyone who’s seen her in the last week or so has been really disturbed by the state she’s in. She’s getting back to her worst,” added the friend. “It was hoped her new album and fashion range would keep her focused, but it hasn’t worked.”

Cheryl: “Ashley, we’re moving”
Cheryl Cole wants her and cheating husband Ashley to move house – claiming they "need a fresh start." The singer wants to move from their six-bedroom mansion in Oxshott because it holds too many painful memories for her. A source close to the couple said, "Cheryl is convinced they both need a complete change of scenery as they try to work things out between them. She's adamant that moving away from their home, where she was first told the news of his infidelity, would go a long way in putting the past behind them." Cheryl made her plea at last week's crisis talks before the BRITs. The source added, "Cheryl also explained that she knows a lot of people in the village and would find it difficult to walk around with her head held high after what's happened between them."

Naomi has emergency op
Naomi Campbell has had emergency surgery to remove a cyst at a Brazil hospital. The supermodel had a four-and-a-half hour “abdominal” operation after flying to Sao Paolo on Sunday for the procedure the next day. Dr Jose Aristodeme Pinotti, who treated Naomi, said last night: “I operated and she is cured completely. It was an emergency operation, but it went well.” Her spokesman added: “She had a small cyst removed. She will make a full recovery.”

Leona strips for fur
Leona Lewis looks set to strip off for animal rights charity PETA. The vegetarian singer has been asked to pose for their "I'd rather go naked than wear fur" campaign and is said to be “hugely proud” to have been asked to do it. In other Leona news, manager Richard Griffiths has confirmed that she will not be touring any time soon. "We've no tour plans until 2010,” he said. “We'll make her album the biggest in the world, then make another LP in 2009 and tour on the back of it."
