Guess who’s copied Rachel Bilson’s new do? And failed

Oh dear, does Rachel Bilson know what she's started? After unveiling her new lego head fringe yesterday another celeb has followed suit and adopted the fringe-that-starts-at-the back-of-my-head look. Opinions are still divided on Rach's do, but with the spaniels ears perm accompanying her new fringe we'd say this is a definite no-no for Janet Jackson.
