HOW Natalie lost all that weight

Yesterday we showed you some pretty special pictures of Natalie Cassidy looking amazing in a bikini (no, we never thought we’d type that line either) – and now we can reveal HOW she lost a whopping FOUR stone. Nat, who released a fitness video last year, says her top six dieting tips are:
1. Cutting out carbs after 6pm
2. Cutting out alcoholic drinks – instead drinking diet tonic water with lemon and ice (apparently tastes like gin and tonic!)
3. Piling your plate with steamed Vegetables
4. Working out three times a week at the gym or with a fitness video
5. Finding a hobby so that when you feel like snacking turn to the pastime. Natalie took up tapestry.
6. Don't worry about a few pounds. Nat is comfortable between 8st 1lb and 8st 8lb – that leeway means she doesn’t panic if she puts on a few pounds

She looks amazing and much younger than her before pic and you can tell she's done it healthily as her body is all in proportion and you can just tell she's not starved herself.

I have her fitness DVD and it is fantastic! I managed to shift 5 extra pounds in 2weeks by doing it once a day and following her nutrition regime, recommend it to anyone! She looks amazing now, BYE BYE SONIA!!
