HOW Natalie lost all that weight

Yesterday we showed you some pretty special pictures of Natalie Cassidy looking amazing in a bikini (no, we never thought we’d type that line either) – and now we can reveal HOW she lost a whopping FOUR stone. Nat, who released a fitness video last year, says her top six dieting tips are:
1. Cutting out carbs after 6pm
2. Cutting out alcoholic drinks – instead drinking diet tonic water with lemon and ice (apparently tastes like gin and tonic!)
3. Piling your plate with steamed Vegetables
4. Working out three times a week at the gym or with a fitness video
5. Finding a hobby so that when you feel like snacking turn to the pastime. Natalie took up tapestry.
6. Don't worry about a few pounds. Nat is comfortable between 8st 1lb and 8st 8lb – that leeway means she doesn’t panic if she puts on a few pounds

Heat you forgot numbers 7 and 8 - 7. Having Lipo (really wouldnt be suprised!) and 8. Having money for a personal trainer, because if she lost weight just by exercising to her fitness video then I'm Scarlett Johansson!

Can I be honest? I think she looks better in the first pic! Some ppl just dont look right skinny!
