Judge says it’s “unfair” Chris is in final
Dancing On Ice judge Jason Gardiner has slammed Chris Fountain for making it into this weekend’s final, saying it is "unfair" he entered. Jason made the claims at a press conference suggesting that front runner Chris has an unfair advantage given that he used to play ice hockey as a child. Jason blasted; "Chris has an unfair advantage. He was able to skate from the start. What has been so impressive is seeing people who have never skated before get to the level that Suzanne (Shaw) and Zaraah (Abrahams) have. He doesn't have the same fears to overcome." But Chris is taking it all in his stride adding; "When I auditioned, they wouldn't have let me in if they thought I skated too well." What do you think?!
Jordan, Coleen and Chris Moyles sign up for rap show
Footballer Rio Ferdinand is putting together a rap competition – cunningly called Rap Idol – as part of a fundraiser for anti-gun crime activities. Rio’s television company have already got a host of celebrity names on board, including Jimmy Carr, Naomi Campbell, Chris Moyles, Jordan, Amir Khan, Shane Richie and Coleen McLoughlin. A source said; "Jimmy Carr performing Tupac Shakur tracks will be appointment viewing. All the stars are willing to give it their all to raise awareness of the growing gun crime problem in the UK. Rio and his TV firm held a brainstorming session last year for new telly projects. They had been trying to organise a footballers' rap show for a while but the hectic fixture list held them back." But it's not just the celebrities taking part that Rio and his team have managed to bag... the judging panel also looks set to be star-studded with bassline producer T2 already signed and Mark Ronson and Amy Winehouse also on their hit list.
Amy back to her old tricks
It’s hard work being an Amy Winehouse fan. Just as it seemed she was starting to get her life back on track and people actually had a chance of seeing her play live once more, she’s started canceling shows again. She was supposed to play at the Grove Hotel for industry insiders at her record label, but pulled out at the last minute, saying she was ill. Rumour has it that the real reason Amy was a no-show was that she was indulging in some illegal behaviour… we hope not, Amy!
Beckhams are kids’ idols
Who was your hero at school? A study of schoolchildren has revealed that today’s kids look up to Posh and David for inspiration for hairstyles, clothes and behaviour. David took a massive 53% of the vote, while Victoriafollowed with 30%. Here’s how the rest of the run down reads – and how scary is it that Paris is at number six?!
1. David Beckham
2. Victoria Beckham
3. Frank Lampard
4, Keira Knightley
5. David Tennant
6. Paris Hilton
7. Lewis Hamilton
8. Sugababes
9. Leona Lewis
10. Nadine Coyle

theyreonly bringing his skating experience up because hes top of the leaderboard so often. if suzanne had been at the top as often, maybe theyd be bringing up her dance experience. anyway, it only helps at the start as shown in previous series of doi

Totally agree with the ever faaabulous Jason. Chris has been miles ahead from the start and it's been really really obvious! Being a good dancer and doing a skating show is utterly different to being a good skater and doing a skating show. Boo Chris

does jason not think that suzanne (or bonnie langford last year) have an advantage because they have danced for their previous jobs!!!!!!!! Chris has amazed me with his abilities. didn't they also say that Greg use to skate? that didnt help him!
