Cheryl tells how mates helped her through troubles;
Cheryl Cole has revealed how her band mates helped her get through her recent marriage crisis. Speaking at the launch of KitKat Senses, the singer said, "I often think to myself, if I'm having a sad moment or an angry moment, if I didn't have these four in my life it would be worthless. Everyone's here to help each other. We stabilise each other. Whatever any of us are going through, bad or good, we have each other." She added, "We don't allow people into our circle very easily because we've been let down in the past. It takes a lot for us to trust people... Growing up I didn't have a group of girlfriends I hung out with – I had three brothers. This was all new to me, but I could never have done anything without them."

Broody Jordan wants to adopt!
Katie Price has revealed that she'd like to adopt. The ex-glamour model, who will hit the big 3-0 in May, reveals, "I saw a horrific documentary on orphans in Bulgaria and it really affected me. I've got to get out there and help these children. It devastated me, I just wanted to bring some of them home. If I knew how to do it I would do it tomorrow, but you have to wait years sometimes. I haven't had enough kids, I've got to have more. It feels more complete with a girl in the family, and Pete says Princess melts his heart. But I'm still very broody."
 
Joss takes on lesbian role
If you hadn’t seen enough of her already in the new Flake advert then prepare yourself for another dose of Joss Stone – she has now landed a “major” film role – as a lesbian. *Sound of lesbians the world over groaning. And not in a good way.* The singer will play a Red Coat-style holiday park entertainer in new Brit movie Snappers, which also stars Caroline Quentin. Joss said of her new job: “There are things that are going to really push the boundaries and that excites me.” She has also promised fans a “long, lingering French kiss” with a woman. Let’s just hope her acting is bit more convincing than that accent...

Sugababe Amelle: “I had to chose between my boyfriend and sister”
Sugababe Amelle Berrabah has finally spoken out about the “hell” she’s gone through in the last 14 months since her younger sister Samiya accused her boyfriend Freddie Fuller and three friends of raping her. Freddie was later found to be innocent, but in an interview Amelle admits that having to choose between her boyfriend or her sister was a nightmare. “I feel like I have had a nervous breakdown. I physically and mentally couldn’t handle it. I just wanted to go into a room and never leave.”  She continues: “When it started I was suddenly thinking. ‘My boyfriend has raped my sister’ and ‘is the person I’ve loved this whole, entire time lying to me?” Despite her initially dumping Freddie, the police investigation later collapsed and the pair got back together. However, the revelations meant it was very difficult for them to get things back on track. “It did put a strain on our relationship,” says Amelle, “but we are starting again and living our lives properly at last.”
