She's had the kind of transformation that Nicky Hambleton-Jones would be proud of – from a new pair of boobs to a terrifyingly successful weight loss. But when we saw this shots of ex-Enders star Natalie Cassidy out on the lash in Landan taaaahn last night, we couldn't help but wonder: are Nat's boobs too big for her now she's lost all that weight? Here at heatworld, we think she looks like she might topple over at any moment – but what do you lot think?

if she feels more confident then i'm happy for her, but if she's totally honest she must look in the mirror and think, "what have i done?" I think she claims she's more confident just to save (her freakish) face :)

Steve, I would personally like to thank you for the nightmares I am going to have and more than likely, the giggling fit that will ensue when Mr Raf tries his luck on the bazooka love machine.

Is "nailing" an acceptable term here?. StephX - I like her as a person, but there comes a time when you have lips like hers (and that jaw that she must have known about, even under the flab) that there's nothing you can do. You have to live with it.
