J-Lo 'loses 40lbs in four weeks'

We’ve certainly noticed that Jennifer Lopez is already looking stunning, just a month on from giving birth to twins, and a new report claims she’s lost a whopping 40lbs (that’s a couple of pounds shy of three stone) in that short time! Apparently, J-Lo starts her day with a 4am workout, consisting of Pilates, cardio and weight training, which she repeats three times a day, seven days a week. J-Lo is aiming to get down to around eight a half stone, and is even planning to complete a triathlon later in the year “to make my babies proud”. She’s also reportedly cut her food intake to 1400 calories a day and has banned all carbohydrates. It doesn’t sound like much fun to us and we would have thought that carrying around twins was hard enough work in itself, but she does look good…

God I was far too busy looking after my baby to give a crap about my post baby weight! They are only 8 weeks old, enjoy them J-Lo, stop worrying about your figure, Im sure you have more than enough money to do something about it later on!

It's a shame J-Lo didn't decide to breastfeed. I lost all my baby weight plus half a stone more within 4 days of having my twins (and dropped a dress size to a 10) - I did nothing but eat choc & breastfeed. She'd prefer a 4am work out. Barking mad.

Oh my god, I'm having a baby in October, there is no way I'll be getting up at 4 in the morning to work out just to get back in shape. I'll give it a miss............

Make her babies proud? THEYVE ONLY JUST BEEN BORN! Maybe she should concentrate on actually looking after her children rather than trying to get fit. I wouldn't be proud if my mum had spent my whole childhood in the gym!
