J-Lo 'loses 40lbs in four weeks'

We’ve certainly noticed that Jennifer Lopez is already looking stunning, just a month on from giving birth to twins, and a new report claims she’s lost a whopping 40lbs (that’s a couple of pounds shy of three stone) in that short time! Apparently, J-Lo starts her day with a 4am workout, consisting of Pilates, cardio and weight training, which she repeats three times a day, seven days a week. J-Lo is aiming to get down to around eight a half stone, and is even planning to complete a triathlon later in the year “to make my babies proud”. She’s also reportedly cut her food intake to 1400 calories a day and has banned all carbohydrates. It doesn’t sound like much fun to us and we would have thought that carrying around twins was hard enough work in itself, but she does look good…

yep - another celeb mum getting her priorities straight! One baby is a full time job for most new mums, god knows how people manage with twins. Lucky for her that shes got a crack squad of nannies on call?

the ONLY time i would ever get out of bed that early is if i was getting on a plane and to be honest that time of morning - its not even worth going to bed. she must be in bed by 7-8pm!

PMSL @ Angie25 my thoughts exactly nothing can get me out of bed at that time n you would think if she was up at that time she would be with her twins anyway
