Natalie admits that staying thin is a nightmare…

Recently, we’ve spent an awful lot of time marvelling at Natalie Cassidy’s amazing transformation – but now the newly trim actress has admitted that she finds it really hard to stay slim. Natalie lost around 4st by working with a personal trainer to make her best-selling fitness DVD, but she says it hasn’t been easy. “It's bloody hard work,” she reveals. “I'm in the gym every day at 7am doing spinning classes or with my personal trainer. It can be a nightmare – I'm there for up to two hours a day. It's all about moderation, but I do love a glass of white wine. If I go out and drink a lot one night, I won't drink for the rest of the week as alcohol is full of calories.” While Natalie’s new regime doesn’t sound quite as gruelling as J-Lo’s, it still doesn’t sound like much fun. Still, it’s refreshing to find a star who’ll talk so honestly about how hard it is to stay fit, rather than just mumbling something far-fetched about good genes. But do you think having a figure like Natalie’s is worth the hard work, or should she chill out a bit, even if it means putting on a few pounds?
