Rachael presents The ‘diet Coke’ Break weekdays from 2pm on heat Radio: 

So Chanelle finally made it for her live interview on yesterday's show!
 
We'd started to panic at 4.15 because there was no sign of her (we thought she was coming in at 4). I must admit I wasn't at all impressed and was repeatedly heard to mutter "bloomin' reality stars", or words to that effect! By 4.45 I'd given up the ghost and we gave her 10 minutes to put in an appearance or else!!!!

Just as I’d given up hope she strolled in totally unaware she was an hour late – bless her!

I take back all the "bloomin' reality stars" remarks – she was gutted to have kept us waiting and couldn't be more apologetic. It turns out her people and our people had got everything mixed up – it's always the people you know, never the "talent"!
 
I must admit, I wasn't sure about Chanelle. You generally only read bad things about her, don't you? So I couldn't have been more surprised when she turned up and was witty, nice and even agreed to sing live on air to silence her critics – you don't get many guests doing that I can tell you!!
