The best and worst outfits from last night’s Baftas…

As much as we’re interested in knowing who won what at last night’s TV Baftas, we find the outfits just as gripping. OK, maybe a bit more, actually. Shallow, us? Anyhoo, the ladies of television were a mixed bag on the red carpet, and here are the selection of the best and worst frocks for you to peruse. We thought that Kelly Brook, Tess Daly, Tamsin Outhwaite, Joanna Page and Gina McKee all looked award-winningly good, while we were less than impressed with the efforts of Sarah Cawood, Alesha Dixon, Melinda Messenger, Michelle Collins and Emilia Fox. Melinda Messenger has gone for it since her marriage break up/ seperation. She doesnt look too upset

what the bloody hell is melinda wearing? although it does suit her but it's a bit more like a wedding dress

I don't think any of these dresses are particularly bad, apart from Emilia Fox's maybe - badly fitting and the colour doesn't do anything for her. I loved Aleeysha's dress but my favourite is Gina McKee's green dress I think its lovely.

i can't understand the judgement on these! tess daly and kelly brook look like dallas throwbacks, michelle collins and alesha dixon look quite stylish! i think heat need glasses!
