David Walliams "stalker" in court
David Walliams has been suffering at the hands of a female stalker, who appeared in court yesterday. Sarah Bartholomew, 29, has been assured by a judge she will not be sent to prison – after sending Walliams saucy poems and letters. The ex-veterinary nurse bombarded Walliams with "overtly sexual" poems and letters – even showing up at his home and at work. But despite Sarah being warned four times not to contact David she continued, with one poem reading, "I'd rip off your pants in a sexual frenzy. You can have me how you want, I'm ever so bendy." Amazing. Prosecutor Jonathan Efemini said, "It seems Bartholomew became obsessed." Sarah has admitted harassment and will be sentenced on Friday.

Kris making good recovery
It’s good news for Kris Marshall this morning – he’s making such a good recovery from the head injuries he sustained at the weekend, that he could even be back at work by tomorrow! The Love Actually actor was hit by a car while on a night out in Bristol on Saturday, but despite fears for him and the fact he was in intensive care, according to his colleagues he could be back at work imminently. Ella Smith, his co-star in upcoming West End play Fat Pig, said: “I’m sure he’ll be back in rehearsals on Thursday.” Robert Webb added: “It’s a ploy because he hasn’t learnt his lines.”

Amy to set up own record label
Amy Winehouse is thought to be setting up her own record label after dumping her current label Island after her next album. Amy, worth £10 million, has discussed her secret plans with close aides, with one friend revealing, "For the first time in her career Amy is beginning to have her head turned by the cash she can make. It's never been a huge deal in the past, but she is beginning to realise everyone else is making all the money out of her success. Her deal with Island ends after the next record. That's why they are trying to get her to clean up first and make sure it's a classic." And it's reported she wants to set up her own label, the friend adding, "Once she gets that out she wants to set up her own label. She plans to release her own material as well as her mates like Tyler James and Remi Nicole."

Estelle makes a dig about Amy
Talking of Amy, it's a saucer of milk for Estelle, please. The American Boy singer made a nasty dig at the Wino last night at her new album launch in New York. Estelle told the crowd: “Thank you everyone for supporting me, a British girl who is not on drugs or crazy.” She then laughed it off by saying, “Nah, I love Amy.” Hmm, nice backtrack there, love.
