Pete ADMITS to cheating drugs tests

Pete Doherty has admitted that he cheated on a drugs test before his recent stint in jail – but denies today’s tabloid reports that he also fiddled the urine tests in prison. “I was pretty much back into the heroin cycle,” he says. “I was banging it. The only time I tested clean was when I used someone else's piss. It was a fair cop, really." However, Pete says that after being put on a drug treatment programme in jail, he’s feeling great. During his time inside, he took a heroin replacement drug, but was well enough to stop taking that two weeks before his release. “I can't go back to that,” he says. “I don't think I've ever been healthier.” Fingers crossed he stays that way…
