This lady has always been one for show-stealing red-carpet fashion clangers, but she’s been mysteriously absent from the party scene for a while now. OK, so it’s not like we actually missed her, but in a way, we’re glad to see that Lady Victoria Hervey is back and dressing more inappropriately than ever – after all, it’s entertaining, isn’t it? Victoria, who’s still looking awfully thin, flashed her bejewelled gusset at the Cannes Film Festival over the weekend. Diamonds and pearls are for ears and fingers, not for, er, cha-chas, don’t you think? Also, how the hell would one go to the toilet in that outfit? The mind boggles...

It did work last night luckily so drying out the screen. Dont joke, the phone I had b4 this ended up down the loo. Fell outta my back pocket when I was pulling UP my jeans. Was so drunk I just reached into the loo for it pre flush! Gross! It died.
