This lady has always been one for show-stealing red-carpet fashion clangers, but she’s been mysteriously absent from the party scene for a while now. OK, so it’s not like we actually missed her, but in a way, we’re glad to see that Lady Victoria Hervey is back and dressing more inappropriately than ever – after all, it’s entertaining, isn’t it? Victoria, who’s still looking awfully thin, flashed her bejewelled gusset at the Cannes Film Festival over the weekend. Diamonds and pearls are for ears and fingers, not for, er, cha-chas, don’t you think? Also, how the hell would one go to the toilet in that outfit? The mind boggles...
