Michelle Williams makes first red carpet appearance since Heath’s death

All eyes were on Michelle Williams last night as she made her first big public appearance since Heath Ledger’s tragic death in January. Michelle happily smiled for the cameras, and looked stunning in a pretty white dress, as she attended the premiere of her new film Wendy And Lucy. Michelle wasn’t originally planning to attend the premiere, but changed her mind at the last minute. “It was decided on Monday night that she could come to Cannes, and she got on the next plane to arrive just in time to get dressed and come to our premiere,” says a spokesperson for the movie. “She came in and had a long nap and then came to the screening.” It’s good to see her smiling again, isn’t it?
