He wowed the country with his unforgettable break-dancing routine on Britian's Got Talent, and now George Sampson's success has even transferred over to the music charts. The track which the plucky 14-year-old chose to dance to – a Mint Royale remix of the classic Singing In The Rain – has stormed straight to the top of the midweek charts, zooming ahead of Duffy, Rihanna and the Ting Tings. The catchy tune, which you may recognise from this advert for Volkswagen Golf, went perfectly with George's rain-themed routine. A spokesman for London firm DDB, who were behind the VW advert, said, "We are pleased for George and his big win on Saturday. We're flattered that he was inspired by our famous commercial." We've had another listen to the remix now and we have to admit, it's pretty good. But what do you folks think? Will you be downloading it quicker than you can say "Gin the dog likes disco dancing", or do you think all this excitement is a bit wet?
