Vivienne Westwood has always been outspoken, but we’re still surprised that she’s slagged off the movie that her dress was such a big part of. Those of you who’ve seen the Sex And The City film (and if you haven’t, where have you been?) will know that Carrie’s dramatic wedding dress is a gift from Vivienne – but it sounds like it’s the only thing about the movie she actually enjoyed. “I thought Sex And The City was supposed to be about cutting-edge fashion and there was nothing remotely memorable or interesting about what I saw,” says the flamboyant designer. “I went to the premiere and left after 10 minutes.” Hmm, that’s going to annoy the zillions of us who didn’t get premiere tickets…

i thought the film was brilliant. she may know about fashion but obviously doesnt know a good film when she sees one!!

Haha i love viv and her fashion range is just amazing. The film was great although i can see why someone Viv's age may not find it exactly, appropriate. As long as she keeps up the fashion range who cares :p
