Jeremy Edwards has always been a good-looking boy, but last time we saw him, he wasn’t looking quite as buff as he did in his younger years – in fact, it had all gone a bit Darren Day. But just look at Jeremy now! With the help of Men’s Health magazine, he’s taken part in a six-pack challenge – and it’s worked rather well, we think you’ll agree.
