SJP marriage rocked by affair rumour:
They've got one of the longest and most enduring marriages in showbiz, so we were very sad to hear the news that Sarah Jessica Parker's husband Matthew Broderick has been allegedly playing away from home. The Ferris Bueller star has refused to deny claims that he had a secret affair with a mystery 25 year old while SJP was busy making a movie. The actor allegedly began an affair with the woman after meeting her in a New York bar, and even told her that his 11-year marriage to the SATC star was "not good". Yesterday, Matthew's spokesperson said, "There will be no comment." The 25-year-old youth counsellor claims she ended the affair eventually because she feared the 46-year-old star was lying to her, and she also alleges that SJP was constantly texting her husband to ask where he was during their secret meetings. SJP has admitted her marriage is not perfect in the past, saying, "I'm happy to be with him – but I'm sure there are times he wishes he wasn't with me." We really hope this one isn't true – poor SJP!

Christian Bale – update
Reports are emerging that actor Christian Bale flipped out after his mum and sister told him a sob story – and asked for a whopping £100,000 to help his sister bring up her three children. Legal sources have revealed that Christian snubbed the plea and a row ensued. Christian is then alleged to have "pushed and shoved" mum Jenny, 61, and Sharon, 41. Sources close to Christian say his mum fuelled the situation by hurling insults about his wife Sibi, 38. A source close to the case said, "Christian is a very wealthy young man and was asked to help his sister out financially. He was then asked to loan her £100,000 but he refused and it caused an almighty row." The source goes on to say that both mum and sister are "upset over what happened and the last thing they wanted to do was wreck his premiere evening. But they say he bullied them." Bale denies all assault claims.

Comedy legend dies
heatworld are heartbroken to report that actress Estelle Getty has died at the age of 84. The adorable star, best known for her role as Sophia in classic show The Golden Girls, was suffering from advanced dementia. Her son Carl released a statement which read: "She was loved throughout the world in six continents, and if they loved sitcoms in Antarctica she would have been loved on seven continents. She was one of the most talented comedic actresses who ever lived." We won’t argue with that. As well as her role on The Golden Girls, veteran actress Estelle also appeared in movies such as Stop, Or My Mum Will Shoot with Sylvester Stallone as well as Stuart Little and Mannequin. heatworld can't believe she has gone. We're very sad. Thank you for being a friend, Estelle.

Amanda ges her own show
Amanda Holden has wangled *somehow* her very own Saturday night TV show. Les Dennis' ex seems to have made an impression on TV bosses during her stint as Britain's Got Talent judge and will now front The Wish List – a Jim'll Fix It style show for ITV1 made by Ant and Dec's company. An insider said, "Think Jim'll Fix It meets Surprise Surprise. Each week Amanda will give people the chance to live out their dreams on TV. If you ever wanted to sing with Take That or do a base jump into the Grand Canyon, she could make it happen. With the credit crunch tightening its grip people are in need of some feel good TV. This will be just the tonic." Amanda will be assisted by three other presenters who will go out and about with the people whose wishes will be made a reality. The show will also see one member of the audience the chance to live their dream live on air. Bets being taken now on how long it'll take Holden to grisle...
