Tom Cruise named in Scientology lawsuit:
Remember the days when Tom Cruise was only ever in the press because of his films? Sigh... We long for the Maverick days to return. Anyway, the latest scandal involving the Hollywood A-lister is that he's been named in a lawsuit that being brought against the Church of Scientology. A former member of the Church, Peter Letterese, claims that he was harassed after leaving the Church, which he has accused of being a "crime syndicate". Peter has now called for the Church to be broken up under America's RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) law. The former Scientologist alleges that Tom Cruise uses his celebrity status to promote the Church, and that he is the "right-hand man" of Scientology head David Miscavage. Peter claims that a Scientologist phoned his lawyer at home and told the man's wife he was her husband's homosexual lover. Yikes! However, one investigator, who has worked with Tom Cruise in the past, has rubbished the claims, saying, "Letterese is just using a celebrity name to get attention." A spokesperson for the Church of Scientology added, "This is a frivolous suit based on falsehood."

Sienna's lover wants his wife back *snigger*
After pictures leaked last week of Sienna and her new man Balthazar Getty snogging the face off each other on holiday, it looked like the couple were pretty into each other, despite the fact Balthazar was still officially married to wife Rosetta, who he has four children with. But now, it looks like Rosetta's not about to give up that easily and it could all go a bit horribly wrong for Sienna *lets out evil laugh*. "Balthazar is incredibly confused at the moment – torn in fact. As time goes by he realises how deep his love for Rosetta and their children is," says a source. "Despite reports to the contrary, the door is still wide open for a reconciliation." It follows news that Balthazar has been e-mailing his wife Rosetta, pleading for forgiveness. Oh dear, Sienna...maybe you should pick someone who's not attached, next time?

Maysoon gets her own back on bitchy housemates
She may have been quiet and softly spoken in the BB house, but Maysoon has wasted no time in laying ino her former housemates now she's out. Talking to George Lamb on last night's BBLB, the model had a pop at Rex, saying, "He's got a gameplan. He's taking the lead and charge of everything. He's very good at talking over people. He railroads them." She also went on to label the chef a "bully" and a "playboy". Later she took a thinly disguised pop at evicted housemate Bex, saying, "If I was trying to further my career, I could have stripped off like other people have." The model also defended claims that she was "boring" in the house, and promised the public that they'd see her "wild side" very soon. Hmmm. She also predicted that Luke will be the one to get the boot tonight, saying, "He has been really down since Rebecca left." It was still not clear last night why the voting lines were closed so early this week, but Big Brother sources claim it was purely down to "administrative" reasons. Valerie Campbell: "Naomi saved my life"
It's not very often you hear someone actually defending her, but someone has leapt to Naomi Campbells' defence today...er, her mum. Valerie Campbell, 55, says that Naomi "saved her life" when she had breast cancer three years ago. "Naomi went from one doctor to another in America, pulled all her contacts and did not take no for an answer. My daughter saved my life." She also stuck up for daughter Naomi over her recent air-rage incident, saying: "If you break the law then you must pay the penalty. And I think Naomi understands that very well herself."
