So often it's just the simple, little things that are the funniest – and this quote is a perfect example of that. In response to a proposal which urged greater control of the paparazzi on the streets of LA, Police Chief William Bratton said, "If you notice, since Britney started wearing clothes and behaving; Paris is out of town not bothering anybody anymore, thank God, and evidently, Lindsay Lohan has gone gay, we don’t seem to have much of an issue." Genius. And hilarious. It's easy to believe that at the peak of their partying and crotch-flashing days, these three did cause havoc on the streets of LA – but to think they were responsible for ALL the problems... That's just amazing.
