We bet Britney and Lindsay will be thrilled about this...

Have you ever tried to stick up for someone but just ended up making things much worse? Well, this is exactly what Dolly Parton's managed to do to Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan. Chatting away to her fans on stage in LA, Dolly said, "Poor little Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan – ain't it awful?" Encouraged by a chorus of cheers from the crowd, Dolly went on to joke, "If those little girls slept with as many men as they say in the tabloids, why their little butts would have more fingerprints than the FBI!" Hee hee, genius. We can see what she tried to do there, by making a joke, but didn't she really just remind everyone of all the troubles Brit and Lohan have been involved in? Realising she may have gone too far, the huge-chested Country singer quickly backtracked, saying, "I kinda feel sorry for them. We should give those two a break." We will after you do, Ms Parton...
