Agyness Deyn 'engaged' after just two months:
Reports are emerging from the US this morning that British model Agyness Deyn is engaged to her boyfriend, Strokes' guitarist Albert Hammond Jr. The pair, who have only been seeing each other for two months, have allegedly spent literally every minute together since they started dating – and now Agyness has been spotted wearing a huge diamond ring on her engagement finger. A source claimed, "They just got engaged! It happened within the past few days." Agyness, who dated her last boyfriend Josh Hubbard for over four years, has refused to deny or confirm the rumours. The source continued, "They're really sweet. They basically haven't been apart for more than three seconds in the past two months." Three seconds? How does she go for a pee? heatworld has seen Agyness and Albert together and they are a very sweet couple, but two months does seem a little bit too soon, doesn't it?

Morgan Freeman discharged from hospital
Actor Morgan Freeman has been discharged from hospital following a car crash late on Sunday. The Dark Knight star, who was initially said to be in a serious condition, has recovered enough to return home, and says he is in high spirits. "I'm doing very well. I feel real good," Morgan said in a statement. "I thank the staff at the hospital and many, many thanks to my many well-wishers. It's great to know people care about you." Morgan injured his shoulder and arm in the accident and doctors have told him he must wear a neck brace for six to eight months – meaning he cannot play his beloved golf. The actor's rep said, "He's recovering nicely at home, and his career will continue as planned." It was also announced this week that Morgan and his wife of 24 years were getting divorced. The star's lawyer confirmed, "For legal and practical purposes the pair have been separated since December 2007." Wow, what a whirlwind week it's been for him...

Kerry given two weeks to pay tax bill
Kerry Katona has been granted an extension on paying her £417,000 tax bill. At a hearing yesterday, Kerry was given two weeks to pay up the outstanding £157,000 – and has to clear the balance by 21 August or risk being declared bankrupt. Oops. There’s probably a few offers at Iceland Kez can avail of to save those pennies – but Kerry doesn’t think finding nearly £160,000 will be a problem. She told a court in June she expected to earn £472,000 by the end of August. Crikey! We’re clearly in the wrong job…
 
Madonna and Guy’s pub investigated
Not a week goes by without Madonna hitting the headlines – but this week it’s nothing to do with her alleged plastic surgery, marriage “issues” or scary man/old lady arms. No. Madonna and hubby Guy Ritchie’s London pub is currently under investigation by the local council after allegations of "price-fixing" emerged. Drinkers at The Punchbowl in Mayfair claim locals are charged less for a pint than tourists – an offence which could see the pub lose its licence.
