Jade and Shilpa reunite for Indian Big Brother. Seriously.
Jade Goody will be reunited with Shilpa Shetty – when she enters the Indian Big Brother house! Jade, who was caught up in a race row in the UK's Celebrity Big Brother last year, will come face to face with Shilpa who is presenting the Indian version called Bigg Boss. A source said, "Jade wasn't sure when she was first approached because she was worried about how the Indian housemates and public might react. She was really upset about everything that happened after the scandal last year. People in India were burning effigies of her in the street. But she really wants to clear her name and prove to everyone that she's not a racist." Jade will fly to Mumbai later today in preparation for the show, which will launch this weekend. It is rumoured that Jade will pocket a massive £100,000 to do the show. The news comes just days after Jade was released from hospital following a mystery collapse. She is now set to head to India, where she could spend three months locked away in the Indian BB house.

Peaches starts married life alone
Seemingly oblivious to the fact she's got the nation nattering about her, Peaches Geldof returned home to London yesterday – without her new husband. The wannabe TV star, who wed her boyfriend of just four weeks Max Drummey in a Las Vegas chapel last Tuesday, chose to return home alone after her new hubby headed off to a gig in LA. The star stayed holed up in her Camden home for most of the day, emerging briefly to head to a meeting with her agent and flash her wedding ring to waiting photographers. It is thought that she will be reunited with her man at the weekend, when he arrives in the UK to start a tour. The couple have professed that they are very much in love, but it seems odd that Peaches appears to be starting married life as a single woman. If we were really cynical, we might even point out the coincidence that Max's band Chester French are on the verge on releasing an album... Maybe the young couple will prove us all wrong and stay the distance, but we wouldn't put any money on it.

Kelly Brook and Billy split – for good
While Peaches is getting ready for life as a married woman, another British celebrity is excitedly embarking on her single life. Kelly Brook has split with her long-term boyfriend Billy Zane again – but this time she's told friends there's "no going back". The couple had been together for four years, but had been drifting apart ever since their short separation five months ago. A friend of Kelly's said, "They're still the best of friends, but any romantic spark has well and truly gone." Trouble was alleged to have started because Billy wanted to spend most of his time in the States, while Kelly preferred to be based in the UK. After a string of romantic holidays and even talks of a big wedding, Kelly decided to end things. A pal confirmed, "She's glad she got back together with him to give things another go. She was desperate to save their relationship but it just wasn't to be." Kelly is reportedly sad, but quite excited at the prospect of being single again. We bet half the men of Britain are echoing that sentiment this morning...

Leon – STILL no album...
Last year's X Factor winner Leon Jackson still hasn't released an album – despite it being nearly a year since he triumphed on the show. Leon, who is due to perform on the new series of The X Factor, has been deadly quiet since his big win – mounting speculation as to whether anything will actually ever be released. But Leon claims he has been beavering away and can't wait to have a "physical copy" of the album. So, what has he actually been up to since last year? Leon explains, "I had a small break back home where I went to see my mum and my nan. Since then, I moved to London and moved in with Andy Williams, who was a fellow contestant with me. I've been busy working on the album since. I cannot wait until it is an actual body of work that's handed to me as a physical copy." But Leon gave no clues as to when his fans can expect to hear his new material, instead he spoke about a couple of photo shoots, saying, "Photo shoots have started to take place. There are definitely a couple of looks. You've got the smart suits and shorts and ties and dressy shoes. And on the other hand, I'm younger and edgier, so we're trying to keep it trendier."
