Jade visits Jack in prison for the first time

Jade Goody is clearly a devoted girlfriend – despite all the stress that she’s going through at the moment, she found time to visit Jack Tweed in prison today. Jade took along some aftershave and hair clippers for Jack, who’s just spent his first night behind bars after being given 18 months in the slammer (although he could be out in nine) for assaulting a teenager. Although Jack’s barrister pleaded with the judge to lessen the 21-year-old’s sentence in light of Jade’s cancer diagnosis, he was unsympathetic, so he’ll now be known as Jackincarcerated for the next nine months at least. Jack’s clearly got what he deserves, but we can’t help but feel sorry for poor Jade.
